The Wurlitzer style 15 Mandolin PianOrchestra was offered in two known case variations, one as pictured at left, and the other with a pedestal and small statue on the front, located just above the music roll access door.


Only one Style 15 PianOrchestra is known to survive, and it is fitted with the only known extant 12-station roll changer.
