Otto Carlsen's hillside music room overlooked a small lake that he had built in the canyon valley below. A stream of water cascaded down the hillside, over carefully set stones and into the lake, where fish abounded. Listening to the PianOrchestra, and other machines in Otto's collection, on a balmy summer night was a delicious treat. This instrument is currently in the Nethercutt collection, Sylmar, California. |
