Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with the book, you may return it within 30 days for a $120 refund. Call 603-747-2636 for a return authorization number. The book must be in NEW condition, and you must return it in the original carton. If you ordered more than one book and are returning all copies, ALL BUT ONE BOOK must still be shrink-wrapped and sealed in its original carton.
