				Illustration from Cremona Style G
piano #11845. This is an example of a late style
spoolbox with a single disk and friction wheel. At the top of
the shaft powered by the friction wheel there is a small bevel
gear that drives the music roll take-up spool. The vertical
position of the friction wheel determines the music tempo. This
was the final conventional Cremona spoolbox design, other than
the tune selector mechanism described in the next section.
